Our last night in Greece!

Although Kavala was meant to serve as just a stopping point on our trip to Turkey, it surprised us and turned out to be quite a cute town. There is a nice beach and a lot of cute shops here and again, I just enjoy the small cities where you can take it all that it has to offer. We didn't do much today but at sunset Amanda and I walked down to the beach to catch a few final photos of Greece at night. Since we have been in Greece, I have seen some of the most beautiful sunsets and I was really hoping to catch one last one and I did. This is going to be a short entry because there isn't much to say about Kavala but I just wanted to share the photos with you. Take a look!

Tomorrow we are off to Gallipoli! We are told it could take anywhere from 1- 6 hours to cross the border into Turkey so we are leaving super early to prepare for any scenario. For the Aussies and Kiwis, Gallipoli is the location of a big war memorial so many of them have plots to visit. We will meet a local tour guide tomorrow afternoon to learn all about the war and history of this wonderful town. I'll update you more the next chance I get, which will most likely be in Istanbul!

Goodnight!
